We offer a comprehensive range of health and safety consultancy services. We can be appointed as either your full time retained advisors or appointment can be project by project basis. This service can be tailored to your exact needs and a bespoke package can be setup to provide you with the health & safety support you need.

Site Inspections
Our Safety Officers are capable of inspecting all manner of construction sites from small shop re-fits to new build hotels and the like. It is possible to provide management reports which detail trends and focus on the areas for improvement.

Construction Documentation
SafetyPlan is a web based portal which is capable of providing you with all your site health & safety documentation 24/7. SafetyPlan is designed to allow fast access and simple download methods so that you can get access to site specific documentation in minutes.

CDM Consultant
Since 6 April we have been providing an additional CDM consultancy service to assist Principal Designers in fulfilling their duties under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015. This is in addition to the help, advice and support we have always provided to both Clients and Contractors in complying with CDM Regulations.

Fire Risk Assessment
In order to comply with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order, Principal can complete an initial fire risk assessment and subsequent yearly reviews of this assessment to ensure that the risks from fire are adequately considered as part of your day to day business.

CDM Portals
