Appointments, Ordering and Fitting

Customers requiring blinds can either visit our showroom to view the wide selection of products we have on display and to view our large variety of sample books or alternatively customers can arrange an appointment for one of our friendly and experienced members of staff to visit you at a time to suit you. They will bring samples for you to browse, provide a free no obligation to buy measure and guide you through the many options we have to offer. Customers can either place an order at the time of measure or at a later date if they want more time to consider their options but there is absolutely no obligation to buy.

If an order is placed then the products will be made to the specific requirements and then one of our experienced fitters will install them for you. In the case of straight vertical blinds the turnaround can be as little as 3 working days. All our products have a 3 year manufacturing guarantee so in the unlikely event that a problem does occur we will be happy to solve the problem by either repair or supplying a new product.
