PRANZO opened in West Bridgford in 2015, having been the dream of its local owners for many years. Authentic recipes and traditional cooking methods have always been a big part of their Italian family life. PRANZO brings that wonderful cooking to you via a concept brought from Italy called the “Gastronomia”: a traditional Italian kitchen offering a wide range of dishes to take away and eat at home.
Our chef Andrea, a family friend, is a graduate of the famous ALMA International School of Italian Cuisine. Andrea gained experience working in Singapore before taking a role at a renowned restaurant in Milan. He takes great pride in being able to offer his wonderful cooking to the customers of PRANZO.
