Ray and Sandra started Poppys Bakery as a family, home run business as they both have a passion for good quality bread and cakes.
Ray is a fully qualified baker with 24yrs experience. He is also a fully qualified level 2 chef. Ray has had experience at running a small family business before and prides himself on providing top quality products at a sensible price. Also the bakery has gained the top rating by the EHO of 5 stars. We use where possible locally sourced ingredients, and supply local farm shops, restaurants and facebook customers.
