We train in Jujitsu every
Tuesday and Thursday.

Kids - 6:15pm -7:15pm

Adults 7:30pm - 9:30pm

Ju-jitsu is a contact martial art, which is described as the best form of self-defence. It is taught throughout the world and has been enjoyed by many different cultures.

Ju-jitsu is derived from Japan from the Samurai warrior. And teaches:- throwing, striking, weapons, and grappling. The samurai were excellent horsemen also.

Poole Ju-jitsu club train in Poole,Dorset and have had many successes at the club in the last ten years. The positive spin off form training in Ju-jitsu will effect other areas of normal life.Ju-Jitsu emphasizes turning an attacker's own force against him or herself, putting them off balance. Ju-Jitsu also emphasizes certain grappling moves and strikes to vital areas. A Ju-Jitsu student is expected to learn how to gauge the force of an opponent's attack and use it against him, evade attacks, use leverage against an opponent and how to attack nerves and pressure points.

The main goal in Ju-Jitsu practice is to cultivate a person's mind and body: not to use it as a means to vent one's anger, frustration or emotional problems. The use of force is condoned only in self-defence or in the defence of those who are defenseless
