A little more information...

After ten years of holidaying in Polperro we decided to live the dream. We sold up bought the shop and Polperro News was established in August 2002.

Polperro News has always been a family run store, formerly B and BM Thomas and originally founded by the Giles Family in 1870.

The shop has always been a grocery store, previously incorporating a drapers and a bank.

Now some 140 years later Polperro News continues the tradition with the support of locals and visitors alike.
