Here at Polemix we use a pole not just as a tool to dance with but as a piece of gym equipment to get fit, strong, flexible and toned! Pole fitness is amazing for confidence gain and weight loss so whatever your goals come and try one of our classes, everyone is welcome, whatever your age, sex, shape or size, polemix classes are for anyone all levels of fitness and ability! Your instructor is a qualified pole, cheerobics and gym instructor who has over 10 years experience pole performing, teaching, circus performing and professional cheerleading! CHEEROBICS coming soon!!!!!!! Also available are hen do and birthday party packages so get in touch and come give it a go, for those of you that don't fancy a group session we offer private classes aswell! WARNING Polemix is not an easy fitness class, may cause lots of laughter and some minor bruising ;)
