We are a friendly pole studio focussed on helping you achieve your personal pole goals! Whether you're interested in the fitness side of pole, or more focussed on the dance element, our team are here to help guide, support and train you!

Pole Palais hosts regular Master classes with some of the worlds' Pole Greats! All classes will be advertised on our page, so keep those eyes peeled!

Thursday 7-8pm £7* Group Pole
8-9pm £7* Group Pole
Friday 6-7pm £10 Semi-Private Pole
Saturday 12-1pm £7* Group Pole
1-2pm £7* Group Pole

Please note:
>> £7* - If you attend both hours in a row, you pay £10 instead of £14!

>> Semi-Private classes require pre-booking. You will be guaranteed your own pole for the whole hour. 24hr Cancellation policy applies.

>> Private lessons are available at different times throughout the week. Please message us with your preferred time(s).

>> Stretch classes: Any level of flexibility can attend. Please wear leggings. No need to book.
