Pole Fit Personal Training

at PoleFit Personal Training we work at making fitness fun, using a wide variety of exercise tools we change up the exercises so you never know what is coming next.
Our sister companies Pole fit personal trading and Eden Therapy clinic will also be running from the Purefit Gym.
we will be offering classes that fit in your lunch break called power classes as well as circuits, boxercise, try, kettlebells, conditioning, flexibility, pole fitness and ariel hoop.
Eden will be offering massages, manicures, pedicures, facials and make up.

8.15pm strength circuit with the Paleo Gym

12.15 kettlebells
5.45pm 45min circuits
6.30pm pole academy


Saturday
10am mixed ability pole with Paula Bines
11am pole jam
