Poco Gelato

Our Great-Grandfather Massimiliano Rossi founded Rossi's ice-cream. Now we make our gelato to his recipe, which was simply, 'Put the good stuff in, get the good stuff out'.

"Ecco Un Poco"; I have a little (meaning 'roll up, roll up!') was the cry of the early Italian vendors as they pushed their ice-cream hand-carts round the streets of London. And so it was nick-named 'Hokey Pokey'.
