If you enjoy kettlebell training as much as we do then you've come to the right place!

* Hardstyle general session - Tuesdays 18.00-19.00 at Total Rebuild Plymouth.

* Kettlebell sport club meets on Saturdays at 0800. This session is for people looking to learn more about Kettlebell Sport and train accordingly.

Each person partaking in sport is encouraged to compete, sessions will be designed for this.

Kettlebell sport workshops run regularly, or 1-1 technique programmes are available.
