The Pivotal Express workout is 30 mins exercise based on PERIPHERAL HEART ACTION. The method is simple, while alternating between working the upper and lower body, you are shunting blood up and down the body consequently conditioning the heart and strengthening and toning the muscles. Prepare for the results!
