Pinchbeck Village Hall can offer the perfect venue for all your needs from birthday parties to tribute bands.

We have regular event almost every day including Bingo, Tea Dances, Zumba, Dog Training Classes, and Dance Lessons.

Times of Booking and Charges (from 1st January 2014)

6.00am to 7.00pm - £8.00 per hour

7.00pm to 2.00am - £12.00 per hour

Friday (PM), Saturday and Sunday - £40 minimum charge

Weddings and all day events - Flat rate of £120.00

Committee Room - Fixed rate of £5.00

Loudspeaker equipment may also be hired for an additional price of £2.00 but please apply for it when booking the hall.

Crockery and Cutlery is available for hire at 1p per item. Please order on booking.

All prices quoted include the use of all facilities on the ground floor of the hall, including the committee room unless this room has been previously booked.

All day bookings are from 9.00am or earlier by arrangment with the Booking Agent.

If your booking form has not been returned within 14 days it will be assumed the reservation is cancelled.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRING

1. DEPOSIT. The sum of £30.00 as a deposit is required with all bookings, except block bookings. Deposits are non-returnable.

2. CAPACITY. The permitted maximum for concerts is 200 seated for dancing 180 and 160 for bingo and dinners. These limits must be strictly observed.

3. CATERING. A kitchen is available for use by the hirer or the caterer engaged by hirer. In no circumstances should any Crockery of Cutlery be removed from the hall.

4. LICENSED BAR. All licences must be obtained from the Landlord of The BUll Inn, with whom the hirer must make there own arrangments. ALL BARS MUST CLOSE 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE END OF THE RELEVANT FUNCTION.

5. STEWARDS. The hirer is resonsible for providing one Steward for every 50 people attending. Stewards shall be resonsible for keeping exites clear, switching off lights and heaters, and also for locking all doors and windows at the end of the function. Stewards are also resonsible for preventing damage or misuse to any of the furniture and fittings, and also for crowd control.

6. COPYRIGHT. The hirer is resonsible for ensuring that no plays, music or any works in which copyrights exists, are performed in any way or so used in the hall without the consent of the owner off such.

7. INSURANCE. The whole of the hall is insured by the village hall committee against fire, and Tird Party risks. The Third Party policy covers death or bodily injury to any person in the Hall arising from the hire, but only in respect of the premises and/or fittings and DOES NOT include cover for food poisoning where catering is carried out by or on behalf of the hirer. Hirers are advised to take out there own Third Party insurance cover.

8. RESONSIBILITY. The hirer shall be responsible for any loss or damage to any property, furniture, fixtures of fittings and also to ensure that no person is permitted to dance in the hall unless wearing suitable footwear. Hirers are also resposible for leaving the hall in the same conditions as when they entered.

9. CHILDREN. Childrenunder 14 years of age are o=not allowed at any function where a bar is provided unless under the strict supervision of an adult.

10. NOISE LEVEL. Noise in the hall must be maintained at such a level that it will not interfere with nearby residents.

11. FEES AND CONDITIONS OF HIRING. Will be thoes applicable at the time or hiring. The village hall committee reserve the right to refuse and request for the hire of the hall, or the admittance of any individual. They also reserve the right to cancal any "block booking" in the event of any loss, damage or trouble at any event held by the hirer.
