Pilates For Life

I have worked as a primary teacher for many years. During that time I ran various dance groups for children and adults and completed meditation and counselling courses. it was during my pregnancy that I discovered the amazing benefits of Pilates. I love the mind/body integration and balance that it promotes and feel stronger than I have ever done before. I am a qualified level 3 mat instructor of Pilates.
I would now like to share my passion for Pilates with you. I shall be starting soon, A Pilates Beginners and Improvers course which will be held in Preston Village, Brighton. Absolute beginners most welcome. Suitable for all ages. More details to follow...
