Pilates is something you can do a little of everyday with amazing results. It's an exercise designed to strengthen & elongate the body by emphasizing balance, proper breathing & core strength & stability.
Classes are held each Tuesday at 6pm & 7.30pm & Wednesday at 6pm both at St Aelred's Church Hall, Woodlands Drive, Harrogate, HG2 7BE & each Friday at 7.15pm at St Robert's Centre, 3 Robert Street, Harrogate, HG1 1HP. £8 per session with every 7th session free! or £40 for a block of 6 consecutive sessions
