When I decided to become a chef at the freash age of 15 little did I know the culinary journey I would embark On .
Starting in Italian resturants I learnt the skills needed to take me In to the world of catering .
Working in some of the best restaurants in Essex I lent the skills needed to take me to London
where I worked in event catering working in some of the iconic buildings that make London one of the best capital city's in the world like the British museum and the American embassy always creating food to the highest quality possible
Now With Over 17 years experience in the industry I've decided to use my experience to create pickled frog a catering company that will always go above and beyond to make your special occasion one to remember
