Pickle & Slice is an independent food shop based in the centre of Hertford and describe ourselves as an “eating house” as we cook here, from scratch, for your eating enjoyment. It is all about delicious handmade food for us, all prepared and finished to your taste in front of you. We are the perfect choice for a morning snack or a satisfying lunch fix. As well as serving the beautiful people of Hertford from the shop, we also provide an outside catering service. Office meetings, networking events, training days, weddings, dinner parties, birthdays, funerals, christenings…you name it! If you need great tasting food at your event, we're here!

We have some menus to get the ideas flowing but generally we work on an entirely bespoke basis and design menus to suit your needs. So come on in and pick our brains, we love talking about food!
