As Physioroute, a Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Service, we provide physiotherapy to professional athletes, and the general public. Based in Brecon with satellite clinics in Talgarth, Builth Wells (Powys) and South Wales, we work with many leading Health Insurance companies including BUPA, WPA and AXA.


As a privately run clinic, we highly value a close relationship with all other professionals concerned with our clients, including Consultants, General Practitioners, Coaches and Team Managers, and offer a direct link into the treatment, whether it be via email, phone, or joint sessions.


As Advanced Clinicians in body and joint movement, we can assess why an injury or niggle develops, and help reduce the risk of muscle imbalance. As an Advanced Orthopaedic Physiotherapy Practitioners we can help in post surgery rehabilitation, by working closely with your medical team to develop an effective treatment plan. We also treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a significant proportion of our clients being referred via medico-legal companies following injuries sustained at work or RCT’s.
