All our designs are hand drawn especially for you and your family. I only you specialist non-toxic child friendly porcelain pens and each plate is individually heat treated to ensure the product last.

Our Santa Plates are 27cm (dinner plate size) and are designed for your child to leave out for Santa and his reindeer on Christmas eve. I hand drawn every plate to your request so please inform me if you would like a specific design, to 'Father Christmas' or 'Santa','mince pie' or 'cookie' any special personalisation and the name(s) required on your Santa Plate. I can fit up to 4 children's names on the plate. Please check spelling before confirming order as I will write it as you have written.

Put a carrot out for Rudolph, glass of milk and special treat for Santa and leave out on Christmas Eve for Santa and his reindeer on their travels. There's something very special about seeing your children's faces as they run down stairs to see if Santa has been and find that he has eaten the milk and cookies they had left out for him the night before.

Plates may be dishwasher say I cannot say for sure the use of a dishwasher will not have an effect on the quality of your design as all dishwasher appliances vary.

Items are available for posting or local collection. Postal orders incur an additions £3.45 charge to cover post and packaging costs. All postal orders are sent via First Class Royal Mail.

I do operate a no returns policy as of the nature of the business. I do however ask all customers to check the spelling before order is confirmed and I send a phot of your finished piece before heat treating it to give customers opportunity to request any additional features to the plates.
If a plate is damaged in transit I will replace the item free of charge once photographic proof is provided.
