Sometimes, its too difficult talking to friends or family and it doesn't lead to the changes we wish for. Talking to a professional can be really helpful to enable you move forward in a positive way.

I can provide you with a chance to talk about any difficulties and challenges that may be worrying you, in a confidential and safe environment.
Together we will try to understand what is going on for you and look at what could be different. I will use a range of techniques, to help you feel comfortable to open up and work at your own pace.

I offer face to face counselling for adults & adolescents both open ended and short term work, at my private practice in Stanmore, Middlesex.
