We source only the highest quality ingredients from carefully selected suppliers and prepare our food in the healthiest possible way - steam cooked and grilled to order.

At the end of the day, what matters most to us is empowered staff, who serve food so fresh that our customers just keep coming back for more. In a way, our recipe is simple – it all comes down to happy people. Oh, and that Piri Piri.... But that’s a story for another time.
