At Pepper Ink we like to keep things simple. We focus on getting the best from each element of the dish whether it’s a silky smooth shallot puree or a rich red wine jus three days in the making. Our aim is for our food to be simple in concept, big on impact and big on flavour.
We purposely avoid compiling dozens of elaborate menus and focus on continually developing our core range of seasonal canapés and dishes. From an elegant home cured salmon gravlax to hearty sticky braised Cheshire Ox cheek we’ve got every taste and occasion covered.
In true Pepper Ink style we chose to create our bar a little bit different from the norm. We have used reclaimed wood, weathered metal & old apple crates, softened with candles and potted herbs to create an alternative vintage look.
Style over substance? Hell no, rest assured we take our drink as seriously as our food! Our top shelf has all the usual suspects as well as a few weird and wonderful ones to intrigue & delight. From local ales to craft lager and classic cocktails the offer can be as simple or elaborate as you like.
