Each month a special purpose vehicle company will be registered whose operations are limited to the acquisition of a group of high-yielding dental practices. By doing this we can reduce your risk by diversifying your exposure across a range of properties. People will then be invited to buy share in the company from £10.

Step 2 Create an account
Log on and use our investment calculator to view projected returns and key information on each company. Then just invest using our online payment system. A 3.5% fees will be applied to the transferred fund.

Step 3 Grow your money
Receive your ownership contract and we will do all the stressful bits. Your assets will be managed by companies with experience in managing dental practices locally and internationally. A monthly interest will be transferred to your online account which then can be withdrawn to your bank account. At the end of the fixed investment term, we manage the sale of the property with any proceeds being shared amongst the investors after any costs and expenses.
