The open plan living/dining room is on the ground floor & decorated in neutral 'Farrow & Ball' type palette. Dining table to seat up to 14 guests. There are 2 comfortable sofas to relax with friends and family, or to watch TV or a DVD. The newly fitted kitchen with all new appliances and additional breakfast table & food preparation area, is located to the rear of the property with a door leading out to the walled courtyard garden.

The bedrooms are light and pleasant, with high ceilings and large windows. There are 2 quad bedrooms sleeping 4 each, two twin/double rooms sleeping 2 each, plus 2 single sofa beds in the living room. The beds are set up as singles as standard, but can be set up as doubles upon request.

There are 2 newly fitted shower rooms, each with wash basin & WC, located on the first floor. Plus, an additional cloakroom with WC.
