Fine Dining

The Pelham House Restaurant offers top class classic modern food in Lewes, focusing on simple and delicious food, using locally-sourced produce, at a fair price.

It is set in two of the most historic rooms of the house - the Panelled Room and the Garden Room, which both date back to the 16th century. The Panelled Room contains some remarkable wood carvings, which are one of the great treasures of the House.

Relax in the Pelham House Bar before and after your meal, and enjoy a wide variety of cocktails, beers, wines and spirits.

Meeting Rooms
We also have five meeting rooms that offer a capacity for up to 180 delegates. Pelham House provides the perfect conference centre in Lewes for hosting meetings and residential conferences.

The style of the function rooms is contemporary, with natural daylight and views of the South Downs from most rooms.

Covered in original 16th Century oak panelling, The Panelled Room is particularly beautiful and may be used as a quirky location for private dinners or receptions.
