I have transferred my skills to many people during my career – clients and consultants alike - and it is this aspect of my work that gives me the greatest reward – seeing a disparate group of people coming together, learning to work effectively and mastering the management of change is for me ‘success’.
I am arguably one of the most experienced, International practitioners of results focused business transformation, change management and improvement techniques. My work over three decades in multiple countries, cultures and sectors has resulted in positive impacts on all of the businesses and individuals I have touched.
An experienced programme consultant, leader and Business Transformation manager, I am as at home in the boardroom as on the shop floor. My approach can touch all corners of a business simultaneously affecting everyone, and everything, in the pursuit of the required performance. I am passionate about aligning managers and staff on the most important issues and helping them to systematically transform their situation ‘from A to B’ - understanding A and defining B makes plotting the route so much easier.
