Peak Rail offers the thrill of a bygone age via its heritage railway that runs throughout the year.
The line - which has been re-instated mostly by volunteers - forms part of the old Midland Railway Line which ran between Manchester Central and London St Pancras and was closed in 1968.
We currently operate for a distance of four miles between Rowsley South and Matlock Platform 2 Stations. We operate both steam and diesel locomotives.
