I first started yoga because I wanted to improve my strength and fitness, but discovered that it did so much more for me than that!
My practice became my escape, bringing calm to my otherwise hectic life. I naturally began to make healthier choices, as I became more aware of the effects my lifestyle has on my body. I am now stronger and more flexible, but I am also more relaxed and confident. I have become a peaceful warrior!
I wanted to share what I have learnt, so travelled to Bali to train to become a yoga teacher. I am now creating classes that fuse aspects from the different forms of yoga I have studied, along with the balancing concepts of ayurveda and the chakras.
