Hi,I am Paul Hammond, after a serious car accident where I broke my back and dislocated my shoulder, for over a year i recovered. i was made redundant from my previous job so I decided to go into fitness and trained to be a personal trainer. I new this would help me towards my recovery. All though I have life time pain, Iam now fully mobile. I now run, play football with my children, cycle play tennis and much more, I believe that all the experience and knowledge that I have gained, I can use this to help others like yourselves.
