For Massage you can come to the Salon at East Bridgeford or you can have your massage in the comfort of your own home, and why not invite a friend along too and receive a discount.
Sports Massage is a deep tissue massage helping to relieve tight knotted muscles and is an important part of any active person or athlete's training program.
Also I fit around your availability where possible offering evening and weekend appointments including Sundays.
I will also assess you needs strengths and weaknesses and even give training programs where appropriate as part of the treatment course.
