My name is Mary and I am an experienced qualified chef, working in the catering business for over 10 years and have now started up on my own and to kick start it off, I’m planning to:

Slimming meals at home
All meals will be calorie counted.
Prepared by me using fresh ingredients, and labelled with all ingredients.
Delivered to you fresh and you can store them in the fridge for up to 3 days, they can also be frozen.
All products will have a prepared date and a use by date; they can be frozen and heated in the oven or microwave.
