FAQ

-Why is my commission taking so long?
Paradox Arts is not a large company. It is run by one person. I'm usually over-booked and cannot commit to every deadline due to current popularity. Please feel free to remind me about your work.

-How/When do I pay?
Paradox Arts now runs on an upfront basis. You must pay the set fee before I begin your work, due to past theft and unreliability.

-Can I get a refund?
No. I have put several hours into your work and it is your choice whether you use the final product or not.

-I want to book a music video!
Great! Before you book, please have a venue/location already in mind. It is not my job to find one for you.

-I want to book a photo shoot!
Excellent! As above, please have a venue/location in mind, whether it is in or out-of-studio. Make sure you are there early, as you will be charged more for delaying time.

-Why don't you make YouTube art anymore?
After building up the business, I can no longer afford to create YouTube art for free. I began charging for these services however people weren't happy with paying a minimal fee.

-I want something changing with my photos/art!
No worries, I will charge you a small fee for the time.

-Can I edit the photos you did of me/my band etc?
No. The photos are the property of myself; editing my photos is theft. Please message me to describe how you want them to look.

-Can I put your photos/art on Instagram/other sites?
You may not post my work on other sites without my express written permission. If you're given permission, you must not crop out my watermark, and credit must be given back to Paradox Arts.
