PAPEY LISTSKJUL has no fixed venue and staging events at various locations around the island: ruins, farms, workshops, dwellings, fields, coast and the sea.
The project was lanched in August 2007 on the island Papa Westray (Papay) : remote, 4 by 1 mile, with population about 60 people and 6000 years history of continious human inhabitation. The project is connected with landscape, heritage and traditions of the island, and following seasonal migration of Orkney birds and inhabitants, touring away from home
