Paddock House

The short story is as follows: Met husband in London whilst working in headhunting. A very short time later 2 proposals arrived. 1 – Marriage. 2 – Move to the family farm in Gloucestershire. Without hesitation both were accepted.
Suddenly I was inundated with the bountiful produce, both wild and cultivated, from the farm and Paddock House Produce was born.

My mother is a chef and from a very young age I was stirring the jam pot, so over the years I have perfected these homegrown recipes and searched for new and exciting combinations.

Paddock House uses only the finest quality fresh produce which is grown on our farm or sourced locally where possible. I am continually learning about what can be grown in the UK and we have just perfected our homegrown chilies for our Peach & Chilli Chutney. The sweetest strawberries and the juiciest of dates are hand selected for our recipes to bring vibrancy and depth of flavour to our products, which are all homemade with the greatest of attention to detail in every traditionally made batch.

As Jams & Marmalades have been through a recent foodie revival, high fruit content is extremely important to Paddock House and it remains significantly higher than other leading brands. Recent press speak of the high level of antioxidants found in Jams and Marmalades. For example, in our luxurious Apricot Preserve, we put in the blanched apricot kernels which are known for their potential cancer fighting properties.
