Paddock Farm Butchery

Paddock Farm began five years ago when brothers Nick and Jon Francis wanted to produce home-reared heritage breed pork for their family. We now have the largest herd of heritage breed Tamworth pigs in the country and work with a small group of like-minded food producers to supply our butchery and network of top restaurants.

We genuinely care about the wellbeing of our animals and care equally about the provenance of everything we source. Our farm is based on simple principles with a focus on welfare and we only work with other producers that meet our standards.

The Paddock Farm Butchery opens on 3rd March 2015 in Lower Brailes, Oxfordshire, on a site that has housed a butcher’s shop for decades. Also on offer will be a range of fish, cheeses and cooked products – not to mention our renowned pork pies.
