Property and Design was founded in 2009, bringing together Interior Design and Home Staging Services. PADUK was formed from a love of interiors and property delivering beautiful interiors in an inspiring, creative and unique way.

The power of light and the effect of colour are aspects that we are passionate about at PADUK. We deliver homes that are harmonious in form, colour and shape with uniquely glamorous and elegant interiors.

Our accolade of skills includes a fine art degree and as former LAPADA antique dealers we can not only visualise an exquisite interior for your home but also deliver it. Lucie studied Interior Design at the acclaimed school of Design, KLC in Chelsea and is also a fully qualified Home Stager having studied Home Staging through the CHSSP course.

We offer our clients a full turn-key solution or a single room redesign allowing you as much input and ownership as you like. We offer a personal service including colour consultation, spatial planning and the design concept.

Our home staging service provides clients with a service to restyle and stage their home pre sale. We create unique Show Homes for property developers and private landlords.
