OXSRAD is an integrated sports and recreation centre with specialist staff and equipment that allow us to cater for individuals of all capabilities.

OXSRAD is a fully integrated centre with full disabled facilities. We offer a varied activities programme, which caters for people of varying abilities. Activities include, rebound therapy, disabled karate, under 5's play group, holiday sports club, keep fit, kickboxing, dance classes, pulmonary groups and many many more.

New open times are:
Monday-Friday 8am till 10pm
Saturday 8am till 5pm
Sunday 9am till 4pm

Facilities at OXSRAD include:

A sports hall. This is where many of our classes and sporting activities are held and is P.O.A.

A fully equipped gym that consists of; treadmills, exercise bikes, 2 moto-meds, rowing machines and more. Pay as you go membership is available from £26 per month. We have recently expanded our gym to incorporate a newly equipped weight room with a stretching and aerobic area.

A studio with full length mirrors on the front wall perfect for dancing, Zumba classes and many other activities. P.O.A

Our spa bath is perfect for relaxation and water therapy exercises and costs just £4.70 per person. (maximum 3 people at any time). Booking can be made by contacting the centre.

Our Sensory Room is a specially equipped room to stimulate all the senses, heighten awareness and promote relaxation. For a 1 hour session in the sensory room costs £3.70 per person per session. Bookings can be made by contacting the centre.

We also have 2 changing rooms ( 1 male and 1 female) which also includes lockers, showers and toilets. We also have a disabled toilet.

We also have a fully stocked kitchen which has a variety of snacks and drinks, where a member of staff would be happy to serve you. (varied prices)

A Concession Membership is also available for all membership types (except £26 a month deal).
