The property which is Cumbria tourist board 4* is finished to a very high standard. The accommodation is ideal for two couples to share and still have plenty of room to escape. The accommodation retains the 3 levels of a traditional bank and comprises:

Upper Level
Hand built kitchen with breakfast table, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. Double bedroom with a king size bed built by local craftsman. Shower room, oak galleried study and reading area ( with free Wifi ).

Ground Level
A large sitting room with vaulted ceiling, wood burner, 50 inch plasma Tv and Bose Sound Dock. French doors into the garden.

Lower Level

Separate suite with wrought iron double bed, bathroom and sitting room with TV,fridge and tea and coffee making facility. Window seat overlooking open countryside.


There is a laundry room with washing and drying facilities.

Outside

Private rear garden and sitting area with great fell views.
To the front of the barn is a flagged patio with table and chairs overlooking the stream. Ideal for a coffee in the morning sun.


Perfect for friends and family to share with room for privacy.



All bed linen and towels included. High chair and travel cot available.


Safe designated off-road parking for a maximum of two cars.
