20 minutes drive to either coast, St Mawes and Newquay, Padstow is 30 minutes drive, Mevagissey, approximately, 10 minutes.
My favourite spot - I like to sit there with a bag of chips on the quay and watch the Harbour Lights flickering in the water in this beautiful little fishing village.

Plymouth is one hours drive; Lands End is also approximately one-hour drive.

We also have 3 luxury suites, 2 with Jacuzzi baths and steam rooms, the Bluebell suite has wheelchair access and is on the ground floor.
