Optimum Mixed Martial Arts

Optimum MMA trains out of Jamie Woodlands Black Belt Academy and OTC gym in Radstock. We work in all areas of training from Long range and close range stand up to takedowns and ground work. We incorporate many methods of fitness and conditioning training to build optimum strangth and endurance. We have the use of a fully equippped gym and training hall with every piece of training equipment and also outside where we have tractor tyres and sleds for power training. We have a great atmosphere in sessions and work with fighters or those who just enjoy training in MMA type training. Our fighters have fought and won on shows such as Cage Titans (Coventry), Knuckle Up (Bath), Tear Up (Bristol), Rumble on the Rock (Jersey).
