We are a husband and wife team who work with clients holistically. Andy works with clients using functional movement, sports massage therapy and postural correction to help clients achieve optimum movement function. He is a CHEK Mentor and uses Eldoa & Myofascial Stretching techniques. Liezl work in the areas of CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, Touch for Health Kinesiology and Healthexcel Metabolic Typing to get clients towards their optimum function.
