O.P.T outdoor physical training

Here is a bit about us;

Outdoor Physical Training is very different from bootcamp, We are an Outdoor Training Group for all fitness abilities we have a 3 bib level system,so every class we run is for every ability group:

Yellow - Beginner
Orange - Intermediate
Green - Elite

We work on all aspects of the body with cardio work, muscular endurance, partner work & we use equipment Tyres, Slam balls, Bulgarian bags,Sleds & many more, so its great to tone, lose weight, lose inches, improve fitness levels & stay fit. Every class we do is always different, challenging & fun.
We are also very passionate about working on improving your mind by getting you to find your own new limits & pushing you to become a mentally stronger person, here at OPT we have a very strong community feel and everyone is made to feel very welcome by our amazing positively, motivated members. We strive to get the best out of people by focusing on technique & getting to know each & everyone one of our members own individual fitness capabilities & we feel this is why we are better than any gym or exercise class around.

We are also personal trainers and offer 1 on 1 training.

We currently run 14 classes within 5 Park Locations every week in every weather condition, each class is 1 hour long:

Mon: 0930am Arrow Valley Lake Redditch, 7pm Alcester Rfc & Cofton Park
Tues: 7pm Sanders Park, & Droitwich Lido Park
Weds: 0630am Sanders Park, 7pm Alcester Rfc & Cofton Park
Thurs: 7pm AVL Redditch, & Droitwich Lido Park
Fri: 10am Alcester rfc & Redditch £3 PAYG Running Club
Sat: 0930am Sanders Park
Sat: 11am Cofton Park
Sun:10am Redditch

We also run a O.P.T Running night on Fridays 630pm - 730pm

Your 1st class is FREE (except Running night as that class is £3 pay as you go) so come along to any of our classes and give it a go.

Our Prices are;

£23 per mth for any 4 sessions per month at any park location, it is very flexible so you can swap and change your sessions whenever you choose.

£29 per mth for unlimited sessions, so you could do however many sessions you like at which ever park location you like each week.

Or we offer Bundle Packages for those struggling with shifts,or birthday/ Christmas presents.
