Old White Hart - Pub on the Square

The Old White Hart is set in the picturesque town square of Llantwit Major just a short walk from the beach and historic coastal path. It is a beautiful and historic pub with parts of the building dating back to the 15th Century.

We have a cosy public bar which is dominated by our wood burning fire – a welcome source of warmth on a cold winter’s day! For the warmer summer months our ever popular enclosed beer garden is ideal for al fresco drinking and dining. We have a range of board and outdoor games popular with children and adults alike and we are well known for our live music events – both in the bar and our beer garden – providing a great family afternoon in the summer with BBQs, bouncy castle and much more! Customers with dogs are welcome in the bar and beer garden.

Our separate restaurant is warm, cosy and welcoming with an emphasis on providing traditional, homemade food using only quality produce from well-respected local suppliers.
