All modern facilities are provided with a full en-suite, dedicated dining area, unlimited fresh coffee and tea and luxurious bedding to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible.

THE BARN
Our beautiful Norfolk red brick barn conversion is set in the middle of our 300 acre arable family farm, a quiet and secluded location on the outskirts of the village of Old Buckenham. It is a large family home converted in 2016 to cater for a local need of an upmarket yet affordable bed & breakfast. Old Buckenham is ideally located close to the main trunk road of Norfolk (A11), and the barn would be an ideal stay for those visiting Snetterton racing circuit, Old Buckenham airfield, Banham Zoo or if you have business within our area.

OUR FACILITES
The B&B has its own dedicated car park where guests have their own entrance leading in to the dining area. Fresh ground coffee and tea facilities are available 24 hours a day and even a full sized pool table for guests to enjoy. All rooms have been designed to reflect the quiet and secluded nature of the barn, whilst still providing all the modern facilities, including a full luxury en-suite for a relaxing night's rest.

OUR ROOMS
All fully furnished rooms feature period and sympathetic décor, with subtle tones of green, red and gold. Solid oak furniture, luxury bedding and towels with a fully tiled en-suite bathroom await your stay.

There is free WiFi and the rooms are fitted with an LCD TV and Sky satellite.
For refreshments, 24 hours a day we offer complementary tea and fresh bean to cup coffee located in the dedicated dining area.

£65 Single Occupancy
£75 Double Occupancy
Additional nights: 10% discount.
Included in the tariff is a full English breakfast and fresh towels.
Breakfast is served between 8am - 9.30am, but if you require an early breakfast please ask the evening before.
Check in is 4pm
Check out is 10am
We accept most forms of payment including credit and debit cards with a small 3% charge to cover fees. Other payment methods (without additional charges) include cash, cheque (with card) and online banking.
In order to confirm the booking, we require a deposit of one night, which is non-refundable within 48hrs of your stay.
