This barn conversion offers the best of both worlds - rural charm with modern amenities and a countryside setting close to towns and attractions.

Oak Tree Lodge is all on one level and accommodates 4 people with open plan living room and kitchen diner with wooden floors, one large double bedroom with en-suite shower room with toilet, one twin room and a main shower room and toilet. It is fully furnished with wifi, electric heaters, freeview tv, cooker, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, bedlinen and towels. An iron and ironing board is also provided. Outside there is parking for 2 cars as well as a patio area with table and chairs and umberella for outside dinning along with a bbq. There is also a further seating area outside. The property is non smoking.

The minimum stay is 3 nights and is open all year round, even at Christmas!

The Red Lion, highly recommended, and the Crown Inn, also recommended, both in Claverdon, serve food and are in walking distance, probably need to book especially at the weekend. You can find a pharmacy, newsagents, Co-Op supermarket and other useful shops along with coffee shops, pubs, bars and restaurants in Henley in Arden which is 3 miles away. .

Ardencote Manor is a few minutes away (within walking distance) with a nine hole golf course and a leisure centre and Spa. There are other excellent golf courses at Snitterfield and Henley-in-Arden. There is a fishing lake just two miles away at Shrewley and Stratford upon Avon Gliding Club is very close by.
