Mr0percent will post your property on national property websites such as Zoopla, Rightmove, Primelocation and Property Index plus many more. However, these sites don’t accept entries from private sales, only from registered estate agents.
Mr0percent can provide this fully legal estate agency service at a cheaper rate, because we don’t have offices or teams of staff. Under the Mr0percent system, you pay a fixed fee from our menu of services up front. This is not conditional on a sale. There is nothing to pay on completion.
You will receive all the services you would expect from a traditional estate agent. An assessor will visit your property, take photos, and compile a floor plan and your EPC if needed. Your property will be listed on all the major UK portals, giving you, the seller, full control. We will also act as your intermediary to qualify potential buyers and arrange viewings at your convenience, and finally follow the sale right through to completion.
