Norwich Ultimate Frisbee

Everything Ultimate (frisbee) related in and around Norwich and Norfolk, including Norwich's Open Club team, 'Mustard' and UEA's student team 'Aye-Aye'.

Current, open training sessions are happening on a weekly basis, indoors, at the City Academy Sports Hall (next to UEA), every Tuesday evening at 6pm.
