Norwich Nordic Walking

We are a newly formed Nordic Walking business. We operate in several locations in the Norwich area and are looking to branch out into more locations as interest increases in time. Norwich Nordic Walking provides a fully qualified Fitness/Nordic Walking Instructor who will strive to meet all the individual needs of our clients. We make a promise to teach our clients the technique of Nordic Walking whatever the capability, age or fitness level.

Getting the technique right means our clients will benefit from this exercise to the full, it is important to us to get the balance right as not only do we want clients to benefit from this low impact exercise but we want them to enjoy it too.

Our ethos is that Nordic Walking is designed to be done at an individuals own pace, technique with this exercise is paramount not speed.
