North Street Indian Restaurant

When we opened North Street Restaurant our goal was to have customers compare us to authentic Indian home cooking, not other Indian restaurants within the vicinity. We decided to bring back good old fashioned home-style Indian cooking to the valley. We believed it was time the people of Rossendale, and its visitors, were reintroduced to authentic Indian food – food that had previously been taken for granted in the UK.

Good Indian cuisine uses only the freshest ingredients. That’s why we prepare our sauces and breads daily. We use only the freshest ingredients for our curries and dishes. And talking of our curries, we prepare them to standards which any asian palate would also appreciate, as you might have previously heard if you see a native eating at a restaurant then the dishes must be good! – we add our passion and skill and this is probably why our dishes taste so good!
