Spaces to let and hire
The St James Centre is an ideal facility for meetings, training events and seminars.

The St James Centre is located on the outskirts of Birkenhead, easily accessible by train, bus and car. Our facilities can be hired for full or half days, during the week and on Saturdays.

We have three spaces for hire:

Our community and conference room can seat up to 60 in theatre style and our multi-purpose space (available after 6pm or on a Saturday) can accommodate up to 120. All our rooms have natural day light.

The room layout can be varied to suit specific requirements, from a formal boardroom or lecture arrangement to an informal circle of chairs or even floor cushions. We also offer a range of presentation equipment and access to both phone, fax and photocopier. A range of refreshment and catering options are also available.

We are fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act and lift access is provided to all floors.

The First Floor also offers small office space equipped with a range of office equipment. A number of local charities rent this space at present but please call for availability.

Refreshments, biscuits and food are supplied by our award winning café The Open Door, starting from £1.50 per head per serving.
